Parent Coach I am a certified parent coach with a 25+ year background in occupational therapy who empowers globally mobile parents to navigate the challenges of parenting through the ups and downs of international life.

I help parents understand both their child’s and their own sensory and emotional regulation, manage daily routines with less stress, and build practical strategies for calm and connection at home. My approach blends practical tools with neuroscience and reflection, supporting families to thrive wherever they are in the world.
