Dominique Matthe is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapy Practitioner based in Berlin, working with English-speaking children, adolescents, adults, and expat families. Originally from South Africa and having lived internationally herself as a TCK, she brings both personal and professional understanding to the challenges of relocation, cultural transitions, identity, and finding a sense of belonging away from home.
Dominique provides psychological support and therapy for a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties, including anxiety, burnout, neurodiversity (ADHD/autism/Dyslexia), self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating approaches such as ACT and CBT while tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. She holds a Master’s degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology and works as a Psychotherapy Practitioner (HeilprG) in Germany. Her work includes psychotherapy, psychological support, and ICD-10 diagnostic assessment for children, adolescents, and adults.
