Sandra is a multilingual and dedicated professional whose background in occupational therapy and psychology of health provides a strong, evidence-based foundation for understanding and addressing ADHD.
Currently based in Hamburg, Germany, she specializes in ADHD parenting coaching to support families and provides clinical supervision to empower occupational therapists in their practice.
As a trained occupational therapist, her expertise spans the full spectrum of pediatric occupational therapy, from hospital-based care to school and community settings across the USA, Australia, France, and Germany.
Holding a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Health from the UK and trained in the United States, she brings a global perspective to her work.
Her approach is deeply evidence-based, creative, and family-centered. Drawing from her extensive experience, Sandra helps clients harness their unique strengths, build focus, and develop strategies for success in both personal and professional life. Her empathetic, practical, and tailored approach empowers individuals to thrive with confidence and clarity.
Beyond her direct work with children and families, Sandra supports educators and staff through professional workshops, equipping them with sensory-informed strategies for daily practice.
Having worked alongside animals throughout her career, she has also trained her patient Labrador in dog-assisted therapy.
