Born in Hong Kong, raised in Aruba in the Dutch Caribbean, Mindy's global story started early. From helping in her parents' restaurant after school at a very young age and managing their books, to leaving Aruba at 22 to study International Business Studies at The Hague University in the Netherlands. Her fascination with people, culture and what makes them tick has always been at the heart of everything she does.
That curiosity grew into a 16-year corporate career spanning accounting, training and development, and coaching across the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Australia. She knows the pressures, the politics, and the quiet battles people fight inside themselves while keeping it all together on the outside.
Many of the professionals she works with are living in different countries, far from home; international, driven, doing great work, and yet quietly wondering if they're really good enough. Some are afraid to go for that next job. Others feel like a fraud despite everything they've achieved. A few are finding their way back into the workforce after a break and don't know where to start.
Using Applied Neuroscience and her signature Inner Clarity Method™, Mindy helps internationally mobile professionals move from self-doubt and overthinking to clarity, self-trust, and confidence, so they can take that next step, whatever it looks like for them.
She also partners with organizations on leadership development, helping teams and leaders work more effectively together.
